Jackson Heights junior Kanyon Olberding earned Best in Show for Kansas for her entry in the Kansas Junior Duck Stamp contest. Her colored pencil of a Harlequin duck will be sent to Washington DC for the Federal Junior Duck Stamp Contest scheduled to begin April 22nd. Congratulations to Kanyon!
