I wanted to take a moment to share the incredible results from the 2025 Royal Valley Powerlifting Meet, where our Jackson Heights team competed against 568 lifters—and absolutely delivered!
With just seven competitors, we brought home five medals, showcasing the grit, dedication, and strength of our athletes. Here’s a breakdown of their outstanding performances:
Talen Browning – 3rd Overall (Medal)
Brody Browning – 1st in Squat (Medal) and 3rd Overall (Medal)
Devyn Montgomery – 1st in Clean (Medal), 3rd in Bench, and 4th Overall
Brooke Sparks – 3rd Overall (Medal)
Beyond the medalists, our team showed incredible effort and resilience:
Titan Eisenbarth – 9th Overall
Addeline Banks – 10th Overall
Alyssa Mullins – 21st Overall
This group has put in tremendous work, and I couldn’t be prouder of their dedication to the sport. Their commitment in the gym is paying off in a big way, and I’m excited to see them build on this momentum at our next meet on February 8th at Basehor.
