Jackson Heights High School Announces Recipients of the Adam Bloom Memorial Scholarship
October 23, 2023
Jackson Heights High School is proud to announce the recipients of the prestigious Adam Bloom Memorial Scholarship for the fall semester. This scholarship is awarded to juniors and seniors enrolled in a technical program at Washburn Tech who are also active participants in FFA (Future Farmers of America).
The Adam Bloom Memorial Scholarship holds a special place in our hearts as it honors the memory of an individual for whom FFA was not only important but also integral to his life. FFA served as a cornerstone in Adam Bloom's journey, and this scholarship ensures that his legacy lives on by supporting students who share his passion for FFA and technical education.
The scholarship program generously reimburses students up to $500 each semester, with the amount dependent on individual program costs. We are deeply grateful to Susan Bloom, who makes this outstanding opportunity possible for our students.
