Recently, the senior class of Jackson Heights had the pleasure of meeting with the class of 1973 from Jackson Heights. It was an incredible experience for both groups of individuals to come together and share their stories, experiences, and insights.
The school's alumni association organized the meeting, and many seniors and several members of the class of 1973 attended it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone was eager to learn from each other and make new connections.
The conversation then shifted to the past, and the alumni shared memories from their high school days. It was fascinating to hear how much things had changed since the '70s and how some things had remained the same.
At the end of the day, members of the class of 1973 shared a personal story about overcoming adversity and the lessons they learned while in school at Jackson Heights from it with the whole student body. It was a great event.
